THE PROMISE

You leave with a system,
not theory.

Your AI, Trained on Your Voice

You build a Claude Code agent trained on your own words, your firm's SOPs, and your client communication style. It sounds like you. It knows your process. It works while you sleep.

Real Firm Tasks. Running.

Client intake triage. IRS notice review. Resolution case workflows. Content drafting. You pick the tasks that eat your time. You build the AI that handles them.

A Private Business Brain

A structured knowledge base built on your own documents - your templates, your notes, your practice history. Claude Code pulls from it. Every answer gets smarter the more you add.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Dan is a CPA and Certified Taxpayer Representative™ who has spent years training tax professionals to build better practices. He is the co-founder of the Tax Resolution Academy®, where he has helped thousands of tax pros add IRS representation to their practice and reclaim their time.

He is also running his entire Academy on an AI-powered team. Not a team that uses AI as a gimmick. A team where AI agents handle actual firm work: research, content, client communications, operations.

This boot camp exists because he cannot teach what he is doing in a webinar. You need to build it with your hands, with real data from your practice, in a room where you can ask questions and get it actually working before you leave.

The reason for 12 seats is not theater. Twelve people is the number Dan can work with directly over two days. Everyone gets hands-on time. Nobody sits in the back row watching.

THE AGENDA

What you build,
hour by hour.

Every block ends with a working deliverable. You are not watching demos. You are building alongside Dan.

DAY 1 - Thursday, July 23

FOUNDATIONS

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern

BLOCK 1 (9:00 AM - 9:30 AM)
The Firm Work Audit
Sort every task in your practice into three tiers: high-value judgment work, repeatable process work, and administrative work that should not require you at all. You name your 5 build targets for the two days before Block 2 starts.
DELIVERABLE: Firm Work Audit worksheet
BLOCK 2 (9:30 AM - 10:30 AM)
Environment Setup and First Tone and Voice Test
Configure Claude Code for a tax practice. Set your firm context, your professional tone and voice parameters, and your project structure. Write your first 3 prompts and test them on a real scenario from your firm.
DELIVERABLE: Claude Code environment running
BREAK (10:30 AM - 10:45 AM)
BLOCK 3 (10:45 AM - 12:15 PM)
The Business Brain - Knowledge Base (Part 1)
Load your firm's core knowledge: SOPs for your 2 to 3 most common client scenarios, engagement language, document request lists, and client workflow steps. Test a query against it. Your AI now knows how your firm works.
DELIVERABLE: Business Brain knowledge base running
LUNCH (12:15 PM - 1:00 PM)
BLOCK 4 (1:00 PM - 2:30 PM)
Voice Training and the Content Machine
Train an AI on your own writing samples so it drafts in your voice. Test it on a real client email, an IRS response letter draft, and one piece of marketing content. One idea into multiple channel pieces.
DELIVERABLE: Content agent trained on your voice
BREAK (2:30 PM - 2:45 PM)
BLOCK 5 (2:45 PM - 4:30 PM)
The Business Brain (Part 2) + Custom Skills
Expand your knowledge base with a second workflow layer. Build 3 custom Skills - your notice-response command, your case-summary brief generator, and your deadline-and-next-step tracker. These run on demand from a single command.
DELIVERABLE: 3 custom Skills built and running
DAY 1 CLOSE (4:30 PM - 5:00 PM)
Integration Check
Dan walks the room. Every attendee confirms their Day 1 builds are live: knowledge base, content agent, and 3 Skills all running. No one goes home with a broken system.
DELIVERABLE: All systems confirmed live

DAY 2 - Friday, July 24

THE POWERFUL BUILDS

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern

BLOCK 6 (9:00 AM - 9:30 AM)
Build Selection and Priorities
Review the Day 2 menu. Map the available builds to your Firm Work Audit from Day 1. Name your top 3 priority builds out loud. Dan sequences the day around what the room needs most.
DELIVERABLE: Personalized Day 2 build map
BLOCK 7 (9:30 AM - 10:30 AM)
Agent Architecture
This is the signature technique. You use Claude to write the design brief for a new agent, then build it from that brief. Dan demonstrates creating an agent live. Then you build yours.
DELIVERABLE: One new agent built
BREAK (10:30 AM - 10:45 AM)
BLOCK 8 (10:45 AM - 12:15 PM)
Practice Management Agents
Build the three Most important agents to your practice. All three draw from your Day 1 knowledge base.
DELIVERABLE: Three integrated agents running
LUNCH (12:15 PM - 1:00 PM)
BLOCK 9 (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)
Marketing Agents
Build the AI that handles the marketing your practice needs. Lead magnet drafts on demand. Email follow-up sequences from a lead source input. Social content from one client win. All in your voice.
DELIVERABLE: Marketing content agent
BLOCK 10 (2:00 PM - 2:45 PM)
Client Management Agents
Build the agents that draft your standard client communications. New client onboarding packet. Case status update email. Consultation prep brief for tomorrow's prospect call. Your firm's format.
DELIVERABLE: Client communication agent
BREAK (2:45 PM - 3:00 PM)
BLOCK 11 (3:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
Internal Tools and Small Apps
Go past agents and build a small standalone tool. Choose from the menu: penalty abatement pre-qualifier, OIC pre-qualifier, engagement scope builder, or deadline tracker. Tested and deployed.
DELIVERABLE: One internal tool built
BLOCK 12 (4:00 PM - 4:30 PM)
Handoff to Team and VA
Document what you built so a team member or VA can run it. Complete your 30-Day Implementation Worksheet: which system goes live in Week 1, who runs it, what live means. Name your action.
DELIVERABLE: System Documentation one-pager
DAY 2 CLOSE (4:30 PM - 5:00 PM)
Final Demo and Debrief
Every attendee runs one system live in front of the room. Real input, real output, two minutes. You explain what it does and how you use it starting Monday. You leave accountable.
DELIVERABLE: Final system demo

WHAT OTHERS SAY ABOUT WORKING WITH DAN AND THE Tax Resolution Academy®

Tax Professionals Who Have
Been In The Room.

These quotes are from attendees of Tax Resolution Academy® live events and training programs.

Mark Dednah, EA, CTR

"One of the most practical AI trainings I have taken. Dan gave a clear framework for using AI to create content, improve client intake, build lead magnets and funnels, and automate routine tasks. I left with specific tools, templates, and action steps I could put to work immediately, and I have already begun using several in my practice."

Mark Dednah, EA, CTR - Massachusetts

Samantha Plank, CPA

"Dan's AI training was invaluable and extremely helpful for my business. His expertise was evident throughout, and he explained everything in a clear and engaging way. He is an excellent teacher."

QUESTIONS

Here is what people ask
before registering.

We want you to be absolutely certain before securing one of the 12 seats. Review the details below to ensure this hands-on boot camp is the right fit for your practice. If you still have questions, contact our support team.

What laptop do I need to bring?

Any Mac or Windows laptop from the last four years. It needs to have the ability to connect two Wi-Fi and the ability to install software. If you are not sure whether yours qualifies, email us at the address in the footer before you register.

Do I need to know AI or coding already?

No coding required. Claude Code is a natural-language AI system - you work with it in plain English. Some comfort with technology helps, but you do not need a programming background. If you can navigate your tax software, you can do this.

What is Claude Code?

Claude Code is Anthropic's AI coding and automation platform. It lets you build custom AI agents, automate tasks, and create a private knowledge base using plain-language instructions. No coding required for the builds we focus on at this boot camp.

Who is this boot camp for?

Tax professionals in active practice - EAs, CPAs, and tax attorneys, who want to build real AI systems for their firm. This is not for people just curious about AI. This is for practitioners who are ready to build and implement.

I am a Tax Resolution Academy® member. How do I get my member price?

It depends on your membership level. Tax Resolution Academy® members and TUTRSS members: look for your code inside the members platform for this event in the event calendar and then at checkout enter the code to register at $1,500 (save $500 off the public rate). Elite Success Inner Circle Mastermind members: look for your code inside the members platform for the Elite Discussion Group, the code will be posted there and then at checkout enter the code to register at $1,000 (save $1,000 off the public rate). The deposit is $500 for all registrants regardless of tier.

What is the refund policy?

The $500 deposit is fully refundable through June 30, 2026. After June 30, the deposit is non-refundable but still holds your seat and counts toward your balance. Full payments are non-refundable after June 30, 2026. If something extraordinary happens, contact us and we will work with you.

What about travel and hotel?

The venue is near the Orlando International Airport (MCO). The exact hotel will be announced to registered attendees right after you register, but the hotel is about three miles from the airport. We have reserved a few rooms inside the event hotel. Airfare, transportation, and lodging are not included in the registration fee.

Will there be CPE credit?

CPE credit is available for CPAs or attorneys only. Unfortunately, the IRS won't let us give CPE credit for this type of class.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. Pay a $500 refundable deposit today to hold your seat. Your remaining balance is due by July 10, 2026 - two weeks before the event. Public registrants: $1,500 balance. TRA/TUTRSS members: $1,000 balance. Elite Success Inner CircleMastermind members: $500 balance.

What if the event is cancelled?

In the unlikely event the boot camp is cancelled, all registered attendees receive a full refund regardless of when they registered.

12 seats. Two days.
No rescheduled date.
